Return & Exchange

We accept return and exchange should the items is/are damaged or defective. Please contact us at hi@hellolittleboo.com within 7 days upon receipt of parcel with your order number. We will assess the product defect and upon confirmation, we will process your exchange within 30 business days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it, unused with tags and in its original packaging. 

Should the product is the last piece available, we will offer you a return in the form of credits equivalent to the price of the product as we unfortunately do not accept refunds.  

We are unable to accept return and exchange for other reasons i.e wrong size due to hygiene standards for our little one.
